Teaching & GP Registrars
We are a teaching practice and every 6 months there will be a change of GP Registrar, who is a qualified doctor attached to the Practice to gain experience in general practice.
On occasion patients may be asked to participate in a video recording of the consultation. Intimate physical examinations will not be recorded. The camera will be switched off on request at anytime during the consultation. The tape will be used for teaching purposes or to assess the doctor and will only be seen by persons who have legal access to your medical records. Patients’ notes will also be used for teaching purposes.

Patient Services & Administration
We have a dedicated team including secretaries, Receptionists and Administrators. To ensure that they can assist you as efficiently as possible they may need to ask for further details or check information in your medical records when you telephone the surgery. They are available to help you during surgery hours either by telephone or at the front desk and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
