- We will continue to offer a same day telephone-first service and access to your local healthcare team. Our phone lines are very busy just now so please be patient and we will answer your call as soon as possible.
- We may need to contact you to rearrange a routine appointment with the nursing team to avoid you attending the practice at this time. Our team will be in touch with you if we need to do this.
- We’ve launched a new online consultation service called Engage Consult that you can access through our website at valensmedical.co.uk/ec. This offers you a range of services without using the phone.
All you need to do is phone the surgery on 01670 812772 during opening hours and you will be given 4 options to choose from:
- Option 1: For repeat prescriptions requests and queries
- Option 2: For District Nursing and Podiatry
- Option 3: For Practice Nurse & Healthcare Assistant appointments
- Option 4: For all other appointments, home visits, test results & any other queries
Our patient navigation team (option 4) will handle all same day appointment requests and will be supported by an experienced GP who will guide you to the most appropriate service.
