We welcome feedback from our patients to help us continually improve our services.
From 1 December 2014 all GP practices are required under the terms of their NHS contract to ask patients to feedback on the service that they have received after each interaction with the Practice. This might be after a telephone consultation or a face to face appointment at home or in the surgery.
We are making arrangements to ensure that the way in which we do this will be as easy as possible for all patients, of all ages and abilities. We are aware that not everyone has access to a computer and so we will be making every effort to ensure that providing feedback is as easy as possible for everyone.

Valens Medical Partnership is keen to provide all patients with high quality care and it is always of concern when patients express dissatisfaction with our services.
